Applications: Specifically designed for the post-curing treatment of laminated PV modules, including mono-facial/bi-facial modules, thin-film modules and BIPV (building-integrated photovoltaics) modules. The high-temperature and high-pressure environment effectively eliminates residual bubbles in laminated modules, enhances the bonding strength between EVA/POE films, glass and backsheets, and significantly improves the insulation performance, weather resistance and service life of modules. Introduction
The SINOMAC Autoclave for PV Glass is a post-processing equipment specially designed for PV module production lines. Vacuum System
Vacuum pumps and vacuum bags are used for vacuumizing glass inside the autoclave.

Sleeve sealed electric heating element
Connected with a sleeve,easy to disassemble and reliable sealing.
All wiring connectors are outside to ensure safety and reliability.
Internal insulation and hot air circulation system
Nano spraying+Nano aerogel felt+high-density ceramic fiber.
Elliptical wind deflector+annular duct structure,smooth airflow, temperature uniformity.
Unique cooler water drainage structure
Unique U-shaped structure.
U-shaped bent end can freely expand and contract, avoiding water drainage weld cracking caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
Rail System
Equipped with a transfer trolley and loading trolley for convenient glass transportation.
The transfer trolley is made of section steel+universal wheels, the loading trolley is made of section steel.
