Rail System
Equipped with a transfer trolley and loading trolley for convenient transportation.
The transfer trolley is made of section steel+universal wheels, the loading trolley is made of section steel.
Compound Internal Insulation & Hot Air Circulation System
Aluminum silicate internal insulation is used to reduce heat loss.
Air ducts are arranged on both sides and top of the oven; hot air is drawn back by the top fan and blown to both sides.
Heating Elements
Heating elements are distributed in the air ducts on both sides of the oven; hot air circulates from top to bottom.
The on-off control of heating elements is regulated by a silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR), achieving 0-100% proportional output.
Maintenance Platform, Safety Guardrails & Ladder Assembly
